Disclaimer
The products on this website are entirely natural, originating from Hungary. It is a mineral mud that does not contain any ingredients made from ruminant extracts or ingredients. Nothing whatsoever is added. Should redness occur on your skin, this is testament to the power of natural resources to heal and will subside within a few minutes. The product is certified curative by Hungary's national health service.
Prices
The prices of the products are in sterling (GBP£) and exclude delivery charges which will be displayed before you place your order and which you will be responsible for paying in order to place your order. The amount of these charges vary according to delivery method and destination of delivery you specify in your order. We reserve the right to change our prices without notification. Items are charged at the price displayed onthe website at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payment may be made by all major credit and debit cards and PayPal payments. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we retain the legal ownership of all purchases until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Prices are not subject to VAT.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
Items must be returned unopened with all the packaging/hygiene seals in tact. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email info@hungarymud.com outlining the reasons for your dissatisfaction and we will contact you to discuss.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order, provided the purchase is returned and received by us, within 14 days of the purchase, in an unopened and unused condition. Return purchases must be sent to 31 Campden Hill Towers, 112 Notting Hill Gate, London W11 3QW. Then we will gladly offer a refund.
