hungarymud for natural radiance, relaxation and pain relief

Face

Blend 1 teaspoon of mud with 1-2 teaspoons of warm water and apply to your face, avoiding your eyes. Leave to dry (15 minutes is ideal). This mask helps reduce large pores and the appearance of fine lines and blemishes for a more radiant face.  Its powerful mineral combination stimulates blood flow to the skin so can cause mild redness that soon subsides.

Bath

Pour 1-2 tablespoons into the bath to soak away aches and pains, soothe the nervous system and ease internal congestion. Joint pains can benefit from regular bathing in hungarymud. Perfect before bed to 'ground' for a deep sleep.

Body

For a more intense treatment to relieve pain and joint and muscle stiffness, blend 3 tablespoons of mud with 2 tablespoons of hot water to form a thick paste. Apply to the area and bind with a cloth, even clear film, followed by a towel, to enhance the thermal properties of the mud and leave for 20 minutes. Mud can be removed, stored, then stirred and reheated for a second use within a few days.
